Do you deliver to where I'm staying? House/Hotel
Yes, once your reservation is made, don’t forget to provide the details of your accommodation, so we can deliver it to you quickly and securely. Hotels allow us to leave the stroller at the reception for you, and you can also leave it there on the delivery day, offering flexibility with the timing.
In some Disney hotels, it is not allowed to leave the stroller in the designated area, so we advise scheduling a hand-to-hand delivery time.
For stays in vacation homes, we deliver directly to the door, according to each property's rules. We may need the gate code to access the area.

Can I choose the delivery and pickup time?
Our delivery and pickup times are standard, as we follow check-in and check-out schedules at the accommodations. We deliver every day around 12 PM and pick up at 10 AM.
If you'd like to choose a specific delivery and pickup time, please inform our team during the booking process about the most convenient time. A fee will be charged for personalized delivery. We will work with you to provide the necessary logistics and adjust rental terms accordingly. Keep in mind that product availability may vary, so it’s best to notify us as soon as possible to ensure the continued availability of the product you need.
